No. EBC-recruited employees support your business through marketing and promotional activities only. Sales transactions and contractual agreements remain handled by your company’s head office.
DO YOU HANDLE EMPLOYEE TAX DEDUCTIONS?
Yes. We deduct individual income taxes from employee payroll each month and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. In addition to employee taxes, our monthly invoices include the “employer’s burden” — mandatory contributions required by the government, such as social security and other public programs.

DO YOU CHARGE TERMINATION FEES?
There are no termination fees. We follow local labor law, which requires a standard 30-day notice period for ending employment.
CAN WE HIRE FOREIGN EMPLOYEES?
Under the EBC model, only local employees can be hired. Since EBC does not constitute a legal entity in Indonesia, foreign employee recruitment is not permitted.
